The time for action is now. We as Americans can no longer afford to allow our country to be further divided. It may seem like hope is lost and all we can do is fight but this does not have to be the case. We have the ability to change this, the only way to start is by giving everyone a voice and no longer silencing our fellow Americans. Extremism does not have to be the only option as a path forward. Many Americans including myself are ready to expand our minds by TAPing into new perspectives. We must be open to other perspectives that challenge our own conceptions of society. If we cannot at least understand that other perspectives exist as a result of our diverse society then you need to take a good look in the mirror because you are part of the problem.
